Packing procedures: belt conveys------film cover and seal------film shrink-------cool off

1) Belt convey: put the bottles directly on the belt for convey

2) Film cover and seal: the bottles are hold by the press devices on the top in case the bottle falls. The film covering cylinder and film cover cylinder work simultaneously when the bottle push cylinder retrace. Then the film covering and sealing is finished.

3) Shrinking: the bottles enter into the shrinking stove for shrink packing.

4) Cooling off: the bottles is cooled off and enter into the assistant shelf for laid up after shrink packing at the end of the machine.

Machine structure and features:

1) Sleeve film packing machine adopt advance structure of hot seal and cut, can seal the bottles firmly. The edge would be even up and close.

2) The seal and cut part is driven by cylinder, with guiding pole at both sides to confirm that the film packing is reliable and steady. 

3) Special protection functions, the machine would be protected and alarm when there’s obstacles in case that the bottles are broken.

4) The convey tunnel adopt flat convey form.

5) The heating part use high quality stainless steel with heating sinks. It is steady and even in heat diverges. It's long-lasting in usage.

6) Equipped with PID temperature controller, this controls the temperature precisely and save energy.

7) This equipment is controlled automatically, steady and reliable in working. Applicable in long-period working.  Main equipment fittings: adopt common components with a well-known brand that can be changed easily. Adopt PLC system to ensure the reliability and stability.
